Snuff is a very deranged man who was initially interned in a psychiatric ward. No matter the amount of therapy, nothing worked on him. He later on committed such atrocious crimes that he’s been sentenced to death and was on death row. Eventually, he managed to escape prison not long before the due day, moved from Russia to Gorny in France and is now continuing his business on the Dark Web as a snuff movie maker.
