Sullivan is the Satanic representation of the Gorny universe. He created the male gender as well as hell and is in constant opposition and disagreement with his sister, Lottie.
He’s very snarky, daring, and pretty much does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. With his sister, he’s the most powerful being of Gorny, so needless to say nothing scares him or makes him bend over. He’s very attached to his freedom and lifestyle, something that Lottie despises deep down. Despite all that, he is capable of positive feelings and interaction with his most loyal demons and animals overall.
He’s also the creator of the Devil’s Gift system: a Devil’s Gift is the name given to a power Sullivan grants to someone who sold his soul to him. However, this procedure is extremely risky and does not guarantee the giftee getting a good ability, as they are distributed randomly. You can compare this trade to the Russian roulette.
